Score Distribution

For each score (in the left column), this table shows the number in that group (and what percentage of the total number of scores it represents), the number and percentage of wineries that scored ahead of it, and the number (and percentage) of wineriess that scored below it.

This score distribution is for the 2,231 winery sample that was used to determine the Top Ten Winery Web Sites of 2005. Scoring is based on 25 rating elements. Each element contributes differently to the 100-point total, as shown in this sample Evaluation Summary

This distribution is a snapshot of our evaluation database as of December 1, 2005. New winery Web sites are added to the evaluation database as we are made aware of them. Existing winery Web sites are re-evaluated when we detect or are notified of changes. Purchasers of The Winery Web Site Report have access to this updated data.
